Embay Consulting Inc. is committed to making EmbayLMS usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Keyboard operability for all interactive elements;
- Visible focus indicators — we do not remove focus outlines without a clear replacement;
- Colour-contrast targets meeting WCAG AA (at least 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text);
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and empty alt text for decorative ones;
- Form inputs paired with clear labels;
- ARIA live regions to announce dynamic content and status messages;
- Respecting the “prefers-reduced-motion” setting to limit non-essential animation;
- Semantic, well-structured HTML with logical headings and landmarks;
- A fully bilingual experience in English and Canadian French.
Scope
This statement applies to this website (embaylms.com). The EmbayLMS product application strives for the same WCAG 2.2 AA standard as an ongoing commitment.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, third-party embeds and integrations (for example, video meeting or player components) may vary in their accessibility, as they are outside our direct control. We work to identify and reduce these gaps over time.
Request an accessible format or report a barrier
