Completions an auditor can use

Who took what, when, with the original completion date preserved, including through a migration from your previous LMS. Export by course, learner or date range when the inspector asks.

Recertification that runs itself

Certificates carry expiry dates that trigger re-certification, with automatic renewals and manager escalation (Growth+). The deadline chases the learner so an administrator does not have to.

Records that outlive departures

Completion history is retained after an account is deactivated. A person leaving the company does not take the proof of their training with them.

Both official languages

The learner interface ships in English and Canadian French on every plan, so the safety course a Quebec crew takes reads like it was written here.

Questions compliance teams ask

What makes a training record audit-ready?
Three properties: the original completion date is preserved, including through imports from a previous system; the record survives the learner leaving; and it exports in a form an auditor accepts, by course, learner or date range.
Can certificates expire and trigger renewal?
Yes. Certificates carry expiry dates, and expiry drives re-certification: the learner is re-enrolled and reminded automatically, with manager escalation available (Growth+).
Do records survive an employee leaving?
Yes. Deactivating an account stops it from being billed, and the learning records, completions and certificates stay in the system, so the compliance history is unaffected.
