Customer and partner training under your own brand

Teach customers, resellers, members and contractors on portals that carry your brand, sell courses from a public storefront with a cart and card payment, and see their progress in the same reporting as your employees.

Your brand, not ours

Your logo and favicon on every plan, custom branding and a custom domain (Starter+), and white-label portals that remove the Powered by badge and carry your platform name (Growth+). Separate portals per audience, one dashboard behind them.

Sell it, or give it away

A public storefront (Starter+) lists the courses you choose to sell, each with its price. Coupon codes cover promotions and partner pricing. Payment runs through Stripe and is paid out to your own Stripe account.

Buyers who enrol themselves

A buyer adds courses to the cart, signs in or creates an account, and pays by card in Stripe’s payment interface. Once payment clears they have access, and they appear in your reporting like any other learner.

One report for everyone

Customer, partner and employee progress roll into the same reporting. Export by course, by learner or by date range, whether the learner was enrolled by an administrator or bought their own seat.

Questions customer education teams ask

Where does a buyer enter their card?
In Stripe’s payment interface. Card data is entered only into payment fields served by Stripe and never touches EmbayLMS servers. Payouts go to your own Stripe account.
What does it cost to sell courses?
Selling is included (Starter+), with no separate e-commerce module. EmbayLMS deducts a commission whose rate depends on the plan, and Stripe charges its published card processing fees. The rest of each sale is paid out to your own Stripe account.
Can each partner have its own portal?
Yes. White-label portals (Growth+) give each audience its own branded entry point, and their progress rolls into the one dashboard behind them.
